Privacy notice
Last updated: October 1, 2026. This notice covers the EnableRide website and waitlist. It's provided by EnableRide, LLC, 4949 Brownsboro Rd., #228, Louisville, KY 40222.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store:
- your name, email address, ZIP code and nearest city
- the boxes you tick about how you travel. These can say something about a disability or health condition, which is why they're optional.
- anything you write in the comment box
- whether you agreed to be quoted
What we use it for
- To email you about EnableRide launching in your area.
- To count demand by area, so we can decide where to launch and how many vehicles and drivers each area needs.
- If you agreed, to quote your comment with your first name and city in our materials.
We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with advertisers. If we want to use them for anything else, we'll ask first.
Cookies and tracking
The public pages set no cookies and run no advertising or analytics trackers. The investor demo sets one cookie to keep you signed in, and only after you sign in.
Where it's kept, and for how long
Waitlist details are stored with our hosting provider in the United States. We keep them for 7 years, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email privacy@enableride.com. We'll reply within 3 business days.
